Retreat Participation

Guests participate voluntarily in all retreat activities and assume responsibility for their own decisions and conduct during the retreat.

Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in retreat activities.

​

Photography & Media

By attending a Carry-On Mahjong retreat, you grant permission for photographs, videos, and other media captured during the retreat to be used for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes.

Guests who prefer not to appear in media should notify Carry-On Mahjong in writing before the retreat begins.

​

Travel Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Airfare

• Ground transportation

• Hotel reservations

• Travel insurance

• Personal expenses

Event Changes

Carry-On Mahjong reserves the right to modify schedules, speakers, activities, locations, and programming without prior notice when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

Carry-On Mahjong shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury

• Illness

• Property damage

• Theft

• Travel disruptions

• Acts of nature

• Circumstances beyond our control

Participation is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
