Carry-On Mahjong retreats are designed to create memorable experiences, meaningful connections, and shareable moments. Throughout the retreat, photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media may be captured by Carry-On Mahjong, its representatives, contractors, partners, sponsors, or approved media personnel.

By attending a Carry-On Mahjong retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Use of Image & Likeness

I grant Carry-On Mahjong, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, successors, and assigns the unrestricted right to photograph, record, film, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, statements, and participation during the retreat.

I understand these materials may be used in:

• Website content

• Social media posts

• Advertising and marketing materials

• Printed publications

• Promotional videos

• Email campaigns

• Future retreat promotions

• Educational content

• Public relations materials

No Compensation

I understand that I will not receive compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of any photographs, videos, recordings, or media in which I appear.

Ownership

I acknowledge that all photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media captured by or on behalf of Carry-On Mahjong remain the sole property of Carry-On Mahjong.

Editing & Modification

I understand that images and recordings may be edited, cropped, modified, combined with other materials, or used in part or whole for promotional purposes.

Release of Liability

I release and discharge Carry-On Mahjong and its representatives from any claims arising from the use of photographs, videos, recordings, or other media that include my image, likeness, voice, or participation.

Group Photos & Event Coverage

I understand that retreat events are group experiences and that photographs and videos may be taken in public event spaces, social gatherings, tournaments, meals, excursions, and other retreat activities.

While Carry-On Mahjong will make reasonable efforts to honor requests for limited media participation, complete exclusion from event photography and videography cannot be guaranteed.

Opt-Out Requests

Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional media should notify Carry-On Mahjong in writing prior to the retreat. Carry-On Mahjong will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests where practical.

Agreement

By registering for and attending a Carry-On Mahjong retreat, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this Media Release and Photo Consent Agreement.
